About the role

Lead the electronics engineering team. Define electrical architecture, component selection, and integration strategy. Oversee firmware, PCB design, power systems, and sensor integration. Collaborate with mechanical and software teams. Mentor junior engineers. Ensure quality, reliability, and manufacturability of electrical systems. Contribute to long-term technical roadmap.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in electronics engineering
• Proven track record leading electronics teams
• Deep knowledge of robotics control systems and sensor integration
• Proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout, and firmware
• Experience with embedded systems and real-time control
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain
