About the role

Lead the software engineering team. Define software architecture and technical direction. Oversee development of robot control, autonomy, simulation, and infrastructure. Mentor engineers and manage team growth. Work closely with hardware teams and business stakeholders. Ensure code quality, testing, and deployment standards.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in robotics or systems software
• Proven track record leading software teams
• Deep knowledge of robot operating systems (ROS) and control systems
• Experience with real-time systems and embedded software
• Strong software architecture and design skills
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving
