About the role

Lead field deployments of O-ID's robots at customer sites. Manage deployment teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and gather feedback for product improvements. Oversee installation, training, maintenance, and support. Work with business teams to understand customer needs. Feed deployment insights back to engineering for continuous product improvement.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in field operations or customer deployment
• Experience leading and managing field teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot in the field
• Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of robotics and automation systems
• Project management experience
• Fluent Japanese and English preferred
