About the role

Manage supply chains, vendors, and manufacturing partners. Ensure steady flow of parts, minimize lead times, and optimize costs. Work with design teams to ensure manufacturability. Coordinate with our manufacturing partners in Japan and beyond. Manage inventory, quality control, and delivery timelines. Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management
• Experience with contract manufacturing and outsourced production
• Knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) and lean manufacturing principles
• Supplier management and vendor evaluation experience
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing standards and culture
• Experience working with both local and overseas supply chains
